Brief: ThinkHive often turned to external training materials not tailored to their creative culture or unique leadership needs. While the resources provided general insights, they lacked alignment with ThinkHive’s messaging, values, and the specific challenges Hive Leaders face. This misalignment led to confusion, inconsistent practices, and missed opportunities to coach leaders in a way that truly reflected ThinkHive’s vision.
Scope
To design this leadership training, I mapped out its structure and content using Miro's visual tools.

Design Approach:
Visual Planning: Organized the learning journey with sticky notes and flowcharts, starting with foundational knowledge and progressing to practical application.
Collaborative Workspace: Drafted learning objectives, brainstormed key concepts, and structured interactive scenarios on Miro.
Storyboarding: Created detailed storyboards featuring instructions, branching scenarios, and feedback loops to ensure logical skill-building and learner engagement.
This streamlined, visual-first approach ensured the training aligns with its objectives, equipping participants with practical tools to lead effectively.
UI Design
To define the course's aesthetic, I drew inspiration from Behance and ThinkHive’s playful, fun brand.
Design Inspiration:
Theme: "Retro computer UI" for a lighthearted, nostalgic vibe.
Mood Board: Collected images in Miro to guide the design process.
Design Elements:
Color Palette: Minimal, accessible pairings with soft beige backgrounds, dark text, and brand identity colors of orange and green.
Typography and Icons: Simple fonts and playful icons complemented by brand-aligned doodles.
This cohesive design ensures an engaging, fun learning experience while reflecting ThinkHive's vibrant identity.
